• You may return items sold by tl-180.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.
• To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at customercare@tl-180.com with your order’s number and the reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide information on the return method.
• If you don’t like the item, your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Custom and duty costs, as well as the original shipment’s cost will not be refunded.
• The order should be returned:
  – unused, unwashed
  – in the same condition that it was received
  – must be in its original packaging with tags still attached

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.

• Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please expect up to 7 days for this to be completed.
• Once items have passed the inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. However, this is also subject to your banks processing time.

Refunds are only permitted for full-price items, as items bought on sales or on a special offer cannot be refunded.

• In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify us as soon as possible. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
• When possible, we will either offer an exchange if a replacement is available or offer to repair the faulty item(s).
• When item(s) deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange the return of the faulty item(s).
