SHIPPING KNITWEAR

Our knitwear is custom-made, you will receive an email from our knitwear experts to take your measurements.
As soon as we receive your answer, it takes from 5 to 10 working days for our knitwear team to make your knit. It will be shipped immediately once ready.

Delivery times are estimated and begin from the date of dispatch. We endeavour to ship your order as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. Please be prepared for delays during sale periods and holidays.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect it.


TAXES & DUTIES

European Union:
our prices include 20% VAT for products delivered within the European Union.

Rest of the world:
you will not be charged this 20% VAT. However, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It’s important to contact your local Customs Office for further information and a valuation of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these custom fees will result in a delay in the delivery of your order.

We ship from our warehouse in Italy (Rome).


RETURNS

You may return items sold by tl-180.com within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund.

To return any item(s) from your order, e-mail us at sales@tl-180.com with your order’s number and the reference of the item(s) you would like to return. Our team will be in touch to provide information on the return method.

If you don’t like the item, your are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning . The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Custom and duty costs, as well as the original shipment’s cost will not be refunded.

The order should be returned:
– unused, unwashed
– in the same condition that it was received
– must be in its original packaging with tags still attached

We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not comply with the above conditions.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and the refund will not be made.

Once your return is received, it will undergo a quality review. Please expect up to 7 days for this to be completed. Once items have passed the inspection, the refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days. However, this is also subject to your banks processing time.

In the case of items received incorrectly or received in damaged or faulty condition, you will need to notify us as soon as possible. Items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. When possible, we will either offer an exchange if a replacement is available or offer to repair the faulty item(s). When item(s) deemed faulty cannot be repaired or the same item is not available, a full refund will be offered and we will arrange the return of the faulty item(s).

Refunds are only permitted for full-price items, as items bought on sales or on a special offer cannot be refunded.
